采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等对美国犹他州大学啦啦操运动的发展成果进行审视和分析,旨在为我国啦啦操发展提供借鉴。研究发现:美国大学啦啦操呈现出制度化、专业化、个性化和商业化的基本特征。多层次教育理念和多元文化,为培养社会所需人才起夯实基础的作用,完备的体育设施场所保证教学的可能性,多元、灵活的大学体制保障人才的质量。课程及教学深度广度并重,多元辐射性强。赛事市场化,非常全面地将高校体育“品牌化、产业化、社会化”。利用集聚产业链来进行市场化推广,兼顾经济效益和社会效益并重的集约化经营方式。
Through literature review and expert interviews, this paper examines and analyzes the development of cheerleading in the Utah State University to provide reference for the development of cheerleading in China. The study found that cheerleading at American universities presents the basic characteristics of institutionalization, specialization, personalization and commercialization. The multi-level education concept and multiculturalism play a solid foundation in training the talents needed by the society. The complete sports facilities and facilities ensure the possibility of teaching. The diversified and flexible university system ensures the quality of qualified personnel. Both the breadth of courses and teaching are equally broad and multi-pronged. Competition market, a very comprehensive university sports “branding, industrialization, social ”.
