Under the current trend of economic globalization, the role of foreign-funded enterprises is becoming increasingly evident, controlling 60% of the world's trade, 70% of investment and 80% of technology patents. After China's accession to the WTO, the number of Sino-foreign joint ventures and wholly foreign-owned enterprises in China has been on the rise. As a new management concept, cross-cultural management has become the focus of foreign-funded enterprise management.
