利用高温液态X射线衍射仪研究了共晶Al71.6Ge28.4合金熔体的液态结构及其液固相关性.研究表明,对Al71.6Ge28.4合金熔体而言,在1150~550℃的温度范围内,熔体原子团簇结构没有变化,有序度随温度降低而提高;进一步通过纳米晶粒模型分析指出,该熔体是由72.8%α相原子团簇和27.2%β相原子团簇组成,但其液态结构和固态结构存在较大的差异.同时对该合金在凝固时容易产生过冷状态的原因进行了探讨.
The liquid structure and liquid-solid correlation of eutectic Al71.6Ge28.4 alloy melt have been studied by high temperature liquid X-ray diffractometer. The results show that for Al71.6Ge28.4 alloy melt at 1150-550 ℃ In the temperature range, the structure of the melt atomic clusters did not change, and the ordering degree increased with the decrease of the temperature. According to the analysis of the nanocrystalline grain model, the melt was composed of 72.8% α-phase atomic clusters and 27.2% β-phase atomic clusters, However, there is a big difference between the liquid structure and the solid structure, and the cause of the supercooled state during the solidification is also discussed.
