An important topic in Berlin's architectural trends in the 1990s was the question of the relationship between urban development and architecture in our time. This issue, which is widely studied in the world, also draws attention to the issue of Berlin's urban profile. The design of this high-rise building in central New Berlin reflects two distinct purposes: as a single building, it reproduces the appearance of traditional brick buildings of the 1920s, such as Wilhelm-Marx in Düsseldorf -Haus, Hamburg's Fritz Hoger's Chilehaus is the same as many skyscrapers in Britain. Another purpose is related to the urban landscape. The shape of the building is cut freely and adapted to the spatial relationship between the city and the square. This project proves the feasibility of creating modern and contemporary façades with modern techniques and thus opens up a new paradigm of building types.
