本文拟定了应用ICP光源分析铜基摩擦合金材料的方法。试验了基体干扰、溶液酸度影响和合金成份间的相互干扰,选定了最佳工作条件,一次溶样,可同时测定Pb、Sn、Fe、Zn四种合金成份,相对标准偏差为1.44-2.64%,与化学法的对照分析结果吻合。一、实验部分1.仪器装置及工作条件ICP-D型高频发生器,频率31±4兆赫,工作线圈2匝。低气流三同心石英炬管,冷却气10升/分,等离子气1升/分,载气压力1.8公斤/厘米~2(约0.65升/分)。不去溶直接进样。“V”型同心气动雾化器,双层雾室。
In this paper, a method of analyzing copper-based friction alloy materials by using ICP light source is proposed.
