本文介绍了全数字交—交变频器低频拖动控制系统,适用于矿井提升机的减速阶段和爬行阶段。采用十六位单片机MCS-8097BH和MCS-8098BH构成双微机控制系统.研制出电源同步信号不引入控制计算机的新型数字触发电器。提出了感应电动机解耦算法下的标量控制策路,实现了系统电流、速度和转子磁链的闭环控制。
This article introduces the all-digital AC-AC drive low-frequency drag control system for mine hoist deceleration phase and crawling phase. Sixteen single-chip microcomputer MCS-8097BH and MCS-8098BH constitute a dual-computer control system. Developed a new type of digital triggering device that does not introduce a control signal into the power sync signal. A scalar control strategy based on induction motor decoupling algorithm is proposed, which realizes closed loop control of system current, speed and rotor flux linkage.
