Dance is an effective means to improve people’s quality of life and ease the pressure of work. Many parents saw the advantages of dancing and sent their children to dance institutes for training. They would like dance to help their children benefit from their future life and growth. Using the method of literature research and expert interviews, this paper conducts an in-depth study on the advantages and the soft opening of children’s dance training so as to understand more about the key of soft-opening dance training and to some extent provide reference for dance educators.
