在我国,相比热火朝天的上高中考大学来说,职业教育一直处于被动的地位,虽然历界国家领导人都明确大力支持我国职业教育的发展,但是一个不争的事实是国人对于职业教育都不感冒,除非是自己的孩子实在是不争气,学习成绩一点也不行,没有别的学校上了,才想起让孩子去上职业学校。因此,职业学校招收的大部分学生都是初中的差生,这些学生综合素质不高,学习习惯较差,到职业学校的目的也只是为找个工作,毕业后有一个出路而已。但是我国职业学校的定位是为社会培养高技能型人才,高素质的劳动者。职业学校的定位和招收生源质量之间的差异给学校的管理和发展带来了很大的挑战,怎样来提高职业学校的学生素质已成为职业学校研究的一个课题。现以我们学校的做法为例进行说明,以供大家参考。
