在加工螺纹为M12—M20的通孔特别是盲孔时,为了防止挤压丝锥的损坏,布良斯克汽车厂采用具有螺距轴向补偿的四种规格尺寸的夹头。夹头由本体17和进入其中的轴套2组成。弹簧7和钢珠6安装在分离器8的8个肓孔内,钢珠6与钢珠5接触,钢珠5装在本体17法兰盘上的安装座孔中且靠在淬过火的垫圈14上。夹头靠控制钢珠5和6的接触重叠值来调整扭矩值,以上作用是通过移动离合器4和分离器8来保证的。分离器由螺帽15固定,在螺帽15上有8个径向螺孔,螺钉9通过螺孔进入本体17的槽内。
In order to process through-holes with threads M12 to M20, especially blind holes, the Bryansk car plant uses four sizes of collet with axial pitch compensation to prevent damage to the tap. The collet consists of a body 17 and a sleeve 2 that enters it. The spring 7 and the ball 6 are mounted in the eight countersinks of the separator 8 with the ball 6 in contact with the ball 5 which fits into the seat hole in the flange of the body 17 and rests on the quenched washer 14. The chuck adjusts the torque value by controlling the contact overlap of the balls 5 and 6, which is ensured by moving the clutch 4 and the separator 8. The separator is fixed by a nut 15, and there are eight radial screw holes on the nut 15. The screw 9 enters the groove of the body 17 through the screw hole.
