我厂一台从英国进口的1150hp同步电动机,因运行故障需更换转轴。选用φ220×2490mm的40Cr钢,切削加工前整材进行调质处理,后在半精车时不慎将两轴承肩距离(1612mm)车短了5mm,参见图1。为挽回重大损失,我们对该轴进行了焊补修理。由于转轴已处于半精车阶段,待磨面仅只留0.3~0.5mm直径磨削余量,非磨面都已达到图纸尺寸要求,使工件在焊补后不能再采用入炉焊后热处理工艺,但这样就无法保证质量。后来我们对该转轴采取以下焊补方法后,保证了它的质量和使用要求。这里简单介绍该转轴的焊补工艺。
I plant a 1150hp imported from the United Kingdom synchronous motor, due to operational failure need to replace the shaft. Use φ220 × 2490mm 40Cr steel, cutting the whole part for quenching and tempering, after the semi-precision car accidentally the two shoulder bearing distance (1612mm) car short 5mm, see Figure 1. In order to save a lot of damage, we repaired the shaft by welding. As the shaft is already in the semi-finishing stage, the surface to be polished only leaves a diameter grinding allowance of 0.3-0.5mm. The non-grinding surfaces have reached the requirements of the drawing size so that the workpiece can not be reheated after welding, But this can not guarantee the quality. Later, we take the following welding method of the shaft to ensure its quality and use requirements. Here’s a brief introduction of the shaft welding repair process.
