异常组合的肤纹与染色体畸变有密切关系,亦可能反应映宫内胎儿早期发育的外环境条件。本文就120例有染色体核型检查的患者对其手掌atd角及tpD进行分析,并与正常人对照比较。atd角小儿以≥49—年龄(最大到9)+13(2 SD),简化为62—年龄(最大到9);成人以≥40+12(2SD)简化为52做为增大的判断标准。tpD小儿以≥17+12(2SD)亦即29;成人以16+12(2SD)亦即28为增大的标准。本组染色体核型异常组有8/28例(29%)属增大,染色体核型正常组有16/92例(17%)属增大。
Abnormal combination of skin patterns and chromosomal aberrations are closely related, may also reflect the external development of the fetus within the Palace of environmental conditions. In this paper, 120 patients with chromosomal karyotype examination of the palm atd angle and tpD were analyzed and compared with the normal control. Atd angles were reduced to 62-age (up to 9) in ≥49-age (up to 9) +13 (2 SD); adults were reduced to ≥40 for ≥40 + 12 (2SD) in adults . tpD in children with ≥ 17 +12 (2SD) that is 29; adults to 16 +12 (2SD), or 28 for the increase of the standard. This group of chromosome karyotype abnormalities were 8/28 cases (29%) is an increase in the normal karyotype group, 16/92 cases (17%) is an increase.
