In this study, the effects of CCLLR on the number of blood cells, CFUs, CFUc and hematopoietic microenvironment (HM) in mice at different times within six months were studied. At 70 rad / day for 2 to 3 months, the number of blood cells was observed, and the levels of CFUs and CFUc in the bone marrow and spleen decreased sharply and continuously. Histology of the bone marrow either showed an increase in cells or a poor regeneration and sinusoidal microcirculation damage.
