针对流化床的燃烧效率低和飞灰污染严重特点,本文提出了一种新型的流化床燃烧方法:脉冲流化床燃烧。作者对脉冲流化床的各种冷态特性进行了一系列较为系统的研究,结果表明,采用脉冲流化床以后,出现了一系列常规流化床所不具备的优点:临界流化速度小,床层阻力下降,扬析量减少床内颗粒的传热系数提高。研究结果显示,采用脉冲流化床燃烧方式有可能提高燃烧效率,减少飞灰污染和降低风机能耗。
In view of the low combustion efficiency of the fluidized bed and the serious pollution of the fly ash, a new type of fluidized bed combustion method is proposed: pulsed fluidized bed combustion. The authors have conducted a series of systematic studies on various cold-state characteristics of pulsed fluidized beds. The results show that there is a series of advantages that conventional fluidized beds do not possess when using pulsed fluidized beds. The critical fluidization velocity is small , The bed resistance decreased, Yang analysis to reduce the bed heat transfer coefficient of particles increased. The results show that the use of pulsed fluidized bed combustion is likely to improve combustion efficiency, reduce fly ash pollution and reduce fan energy consumption.
