文中对轴承套圈锻件在压力机上锻造的四种加工工艺方法作了对比。认为挤压成形穿孔工艺是比较理想的工艺,其优点是:1.锻造金属流綫比较理想;2.减小了料芯,材料利用率高达85%;3.消除了毛边,节省了一台切边压力机和一名操作工人,同时消除了因模座位置产生的扭矩,设备受力比较均衡;4.挤压冲头是圆柱形体,没有侧压力产生,挤压力量小,又因成形和挤压在一个工序完成,提高了穿孔冲头的寿命;5.穿孔时坯料不翻转,因而操作简单,易于今后实现压力机自动化。还对在压力机上热挤压轴承套圈锻的工艺与模具设计作了详细说明。附图20幅,表6个。
