鼠疫菌(Yersiniapestis)荚膜F1抗原的传统提取方法费时且成本较高,本文参考不同微生物表面蛋白的制备程序,观察了6种不同实验条件下该抗原的提取效果。结果表明,鼠疫菌湿菌用KCNS作为解离剂提取F1抗原,和传统方法的提取效果基本一致。由于省去了丙酮制备菌粉这一烦锁步骤,从而提取程序大为减化。
The traditional extraction method of Yersinia pestis capsular F1 antigen is time-consuming and costly. In this paper, the extraction efficiency of this antigen under 6 different experimental conditions was observed with reference to the preparation procedures of different microbial surface proteins. The results showed that the Y. pestis wet bacteria KCNS as a dissociating agent to extract F1 antigen, and the traditional method of extraction results are basically the same. Due to the omission of acetonide powder preparation of this annoying lock step, thus greatly reducing the extraction process.
