“战斗”在第一线的销售人员是非常辛苦的,体力的消耗、大脑的疲劳、精神上的孤寂,他人难以想象。而在他们有限的业余时间里,是如何度过的呢?尤其是市场经济快速发展的今天,各企业纷纷招募销售员,眼睛“盯”在销售回款上,对销售员的其他方面则过问甚少,或索性不管;其劳作之余,更是无人问津。这种放任自流的状况,令人担忧。笔者从当销售员的那一天起,就有意识地做这方面的统计:销售员业余时间做什么?看录像、电视、听收音机的占58%,读消遣书报的占26%,研习市场
The “fighting” sales staff on the front line are very hard, physical consumption, brain fatigue, mental loneliness, and others are hard to imagine. How did they spend in their limited spare time? Especially with the rapid development of the market economy, various companies have recruited salesmen, eyeing the sales receipts, and other aspects of salespersons. Very little questioning, or simply no matter; its labor, but no one cares. This kind of laissez-faire situation is worrying.
