将熔态还原炼铁产生的煤气在净化后发电或经改质后合成汽油的集成系统可以解决熔态还原炼铁的尾气利用问题及联合循环发电和煤基汽油合成造气投资成本高的问题.从效率、规模和产品结构各方面考虑,过程模拟结果显示:二段法熔态还原炼铁一煤气联合循环发电、二段法熔态还原炼铁一煤气蒸汽发电、一段法熔态还原炼铁一煤气联合循环发电、一段法熔态还原炼铁一煤气合成汽油一尾气蒸汽发电流程,有实现产业化的可能.
