北京市徐悲鸿中学初中部在深入研究学情的基础上,着力推动课程体系、教学方式和管理行为等方面的转变,通过全面、系统地构建学生发展课,推进课程改革,构建了“厚基础、宽选择”的育人模式,使学校走出了一条特色办学的独特路径。学生发展课立足美术特色,体现了国家课程的校本化、地方课程的实效化、校本课程的精品化。
Based on the in-depth study of the academic situation, the Beijing Middle School of Xu Beihong Middle School focused on promoting the transformation of the curriculum system, teaching methods, and management behaviors. Through a comprehensive and systematic construction of student development courses, and promoting curriculum reform, the “thick foundation” was constructed. The wide selection of “education model” has enabled the school to embark on a unique path of running schools with its own characteristics. The student development curriculum is based on the characteristics of fine arts, which reflects the school-based curriculum of the country, the effectiveness of local curriculum, and the quality of school-based curriculum.
