随着我国城市化的快速推进以及旧城改造在各大城市的如火如荼开展,城市建筑工程需求量依然在不断上涨,但是我国现代建筑工程行业的迅猛发展,也是的行业内的竞争日趋激烈。建筑施工企业作为建筑工程实体建造的主体,其在管理上有着自己独有的特点。在如此激烈的竞争环境下,建筑工程施工企业有必要通过不断提高施工项目管理的水平,以保障工程施工预期收益的实现以及市场竞争力水平提高。本文主要从建筑施工项目管理中存在问题以及其针对性的解决措施来展开综合性的探讨。
