以国家863/CIMS应用示范工程——南屯煤矿选煤厂CIMS为背景,在分析了选煤厂信息流程和建立了企业模型的基础上,划分了系统集成层次,确定了系统集成的目标.运用系统集成框架策略,确立了支持异构网络和数据库的系统集成平台,提出了管理、质量和监控3 个应用领域的集成思想;在系统的设计和实施过程中,通过对全局信息进行分类编码、结合数据库的设计进行规范化数据管理,通过信息的集成来支持功能的集成等方法,最终实现系统的整体集成.
Taking the national 863 / CIMS demonstration project - CIMS of Nantun Coal Preparation Plant as an example, the paper analyzes the information flow of the coal preparation plant and establishes the enterprise model, divides the system integration level and determines the goal of system integration. The system integration framework is used to establish a system integration platform that supports heterogeneous networks and databases. The integrated idea of three application areas of management, quality and monitoring is put forward. In the process of system design and implementation, the global information is classified and coded , Combined with the design of the database for standardized data management, information integration to support the integration of functions and other methods, the final realization of the overall system integration.
