目的分析总结韶关市消除疟疾工作开展情况及实施效果,为评价和推动消除疟疾工作提供科学依据。方法收集2011—2014年韶关市疟疾监测年报、疟疾疫情、媒介监测、技能培训及宣传教育资料,开展终期评估分析评价消除疟疾工作实施效果。结果 4年完成血检15 704人次,完成率107.97%,复核血片4 254张,复核率27.09%;确诊境外输入疟疾病例7例,均正规治疗和处置;主动病例侦查3 287人次,未发现疟原虫阳性;2013—2014年人饵诱捕中华按蚊326只,平均叮人率为0.38只/人工小时,诱蚊灯共捕获按蚊213只,平均密度为0.25只/(灯·h);培训疟防人员919人次、临床医生13 576人次、镜检人员852人次及乡村医生4 377人次;举办了一系列宣传教育活动;随机抽取曲江区、乐昌市和始兴县3个县(市、区)进行了项目终期评估,达到消除疟疾标准。结论经过4年消除疟疾工作的实施,各项工作均达到国家消除标准;但输入性病例不容忽视,应完善长效防控机制,加强高疟区务工流动人员的监测管理,及时发现病人并有效处置,如期实现消除疟疾的目标。
Objective To analyze and summarize the situation of malaria elimination and its effect in Shaoguan City and provide a scientific basis for evaluating and promoting malaria elimination work. Methods The data of malaria surveillance, malaria epidemic, media surveillance, skills training and publicity and education materials in Shaoguan City from 2011 to 2014 were collected and the final assessment was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of malaria elimination. Conclusion After 4 years of malaria elimination work, all the work has met the national elimination standards. However, the imported cases should not be neglected.
