随着经济的发展,买方市场的形成,各行各业的竞争越来越激烈,现在很多的中型企业都在发展过程中都普遍碰到了一个很头痛的问题——那就是执行力每况愈下。关于如何提高企业执行力这个问题,很多企业经营者经历了许多误区,走了一些弯路:一方面会想从先进的管理理论中寻找解决方案,也确实能在一些理论中找到某些的“解决办法”,但是实施之后总是事与愿违,难收成效。一方面则是想通过参观成功企业,学习其做法来改变现状,但是成功企业执行很好的方案、制度,到了自己手中却难有作为(当然也有成功的例子)。于是乎,在某个阶段,就容易陷入一种混沌的状态。改变这种状态最好的武器就是奖惩分明。
With the development of the economy, the formation of the buyer’s market and the competition among all walks of life have become increasingly fierce. Nowadays, many medium-sized companies have encountered a very big headache in the development process. That is, the execution power is deteriorating. On the issue of how to improve corporate execution, many business operators have experienced many misunderstandings and have taken some detours: On the one hand, they will seek solutions from advanced management theories, and they can indeed find some solutions in some theories. “How to do it”, but after implementation, it is always counterproductive and it is difficult to achieve results. On the one hand, they want to change the status quo by visiting successful companies and learning about their practices. However, successful companies implement very good programs and systems, but they are difficult to achieve in their own hands (of course there are successful examples). Therefore, at some stage, it is easy to fall into a state of chaos. The best weapon to change this state is reward and punishment.
