国家发改委宏观经济研究院产业发展研究所工业研究室主任杨合湘近日指出,我国汽车工业虽处在产销高速增长的繁荣期,但已经暴露出汽车业过热、开发能力弱、行业散、配套设施落后的四大问题。杨合湘认为,我国汽车工业的快速发展暂时掩盖了由加入WTO给国内汽车市场带来的冲击,但这并不意味着我国汽车工业及市场就没有矛盾和问题。相反,暴露出四大问题。首先,汽车业热度过高,供给有投资泡沫。目前,全国有27个省市开始开发及生产汽车,有21个省市生产轿车,共有2443个汽车企业,其中115个整车厂、改装厂551个、摩托车厂154个、发动机制造厂56个、汽车摩托车
