目的:研究不同产地石蒜药材指纹图谱差异,建立RP-HPLC图谱,为石蒜药材制定质量标准提供参考。方法:用RP-HPLC法对不同产地石蒜药材进行分析,测定其指纹图谱。采用“中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价”软件比较指纹图谱相似度,利用数据处理系统(DPS)进行聚类分析和主成分分析。结果:不同产地石蒜药材指纹图谱略有不同,个别样品差异显著。初步建立了以8个共有峰为特征指纹信息的HPLC指纹图谱。结论:不同产地石蒜药材指纹图谱有一定差异,以RP-HPLC法建立的石蒜药材指纹图谱可为其质量评价和品种鉴别提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the difference of fingerprints of Lycoris radiatus in different areas and to establish a RP-HPLC chromatogram to provide reference for setting the quality standard of Lycoris radix. Methods: Lycoris radiata from different areas were analyzed by RP-HPLC and their fingerprints were determined. The similarity of fingerprints of traditional Chinese medicine chromatographic fingerprinting software was compared by software, and cluster analysis and principal component analysis were performed by data processing system (DPS). Results: The fingerprints of Lycoris radiata from different areas were slightly different, and the difference of individual samples was significant. The HPLC fingerprinting of fingerprints with eight common peaks was initially established. Conclusion: There are some differences in the fingerprints of Lycoris radiata from different areas. Fingerprinting of Lycoris radiatus L. established by RP-HPLC can provide the basis for quality evaluation and variety identification.
