梵高毕生只卖出一幅画作,一生穷困潦倒;毕加索总在画作未完成前被预定一空,生活过得优裕舒适。陈志明认为,毕加索的成功在于他懂得宣扬自己,成为意见领袖,说穿了,便是他充分掌握了团队激励的技巧。现任系统动力顾问公司的领袖大学讲师陈志明,提出成为领导者的前提必须要拥有一群心悦诚服的追随者,而有效的团队激励却是达成的要件。“真正有效的团队激励,不是外在的加油打气或是把情绪拉抬到最高昂的气氛,而是能降低追随者的工作阻碍。”
