当前,素质教育的深入开展使学校艺术教育面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。音乐教师作为学校艺术教育的参与者和执行者,如何面对机遇和挑战,成为每个音乐教师必需思考的问题。因此,做到“三要”,克服“三不要”,对每一位音乐教师都具有一定的实际意义。一要“勤”。“勤”就是要勤思、勤练。对音乐教师来说,要想成为一名合格的教师而不是教书匠,就要在日常的教学中勤思考。
At present, the in-depth development of quality education has brought unprecedented opportunities and challenges to school art education.
