盘查我国法律规定的并赋予人民警察的一种重要权力,这种权力受到法律的保护,但是如果警察在行使职权的时候过多使用盘查权,就很有可能造成人民的不满。因此应当从盘查权的启动、运行、救济方面来合理规范盘查权的行使,以实现保障公民人权,克制公权力过度使用的冲动,避免制造不必要的社会矛盾。 Inspecting an important power under the law of our country and giving the people’s police, which is protected by law, is likely to result in people’s dissatisfaction if the police use too much power in the exercise of their powers of office.
