本文以某水电站为研究对象,针对该水电站的异构系统集成需求,对比OPC过程控制工业标准与现行的水电厂计算机监控系统标准,并横向比较工业以太网中传输层的TCP、UDP协议,分析了应用层的IEC60870协议组,最终提出了一种基于OPC客户端、以TCP/IP协议为传输层基准、以及应用层可扩展的异构系统集成方案。本文详细阐述了该方案的系统架构,并测试了方案的可行性,最后通过系统测试验证了基于OPC客户端的异构系统集成方案可操作性强,实时性好,系统响应快等优点。
In this paper, a hydropower station as the research object, in view of the heterogeneous system integration requirements of the hydropower station, comparing the OPC process control industry standard and the current computer monitoring system standards for hydropower plants, and horizontally comparing the TCP, UDP protocols of the transport layer in the industrial Ethernet The IEC60870 protocol suite of the application layer finally proposed a heterogeneous system integration solution based on the OPC client, the TCP / IP protocol as the transport layer benchmark, and the application layer extensibility. This paper elaborates the system architecture of the scheme and tests the feasibility of the scheme. At last, the system test shows that the heterogeneous system integration scheme based on OPC client has the advantages of strong operability, good real-time performance and fast system response.
