为了研究轧制过程中控制量变化后双机架可逆冷轧机组的动态特性,利用动态连轧理论,开发了双机架可逆冷轧机组动态特性仿真程序,分析了辊速和辊缝变化对出口厚度和张力的影响规律。研究结果表明:对于4道次轧制的情况,辊速和辊缝在正向轧制时对出口厚度的影响大于逆向轧制时的影响;辊速对厚度有较大的调控能力,但也会引起较大的张力波动。研究结果可为双机架可逆冷轧机组的厚度和张力控制提供有益的参考。
