目的分析孝感市2004—2013年法定传染病发病特征,为进一步采取防控措施提供科学依据。方法对疾病监测信息报告系统中数据进行描述统计分析。结果 2004—2013年报告法定传染病28种172 117例,死亡206例,年均发病率355.67/10万,年均死亡率0.43/10万,病死率0.12%。其中甲类1种15例;乙类20种129 920例,死亡205例,发病居前5位的依次是病毒性肝炎、肺结核、痢疾、梅毒和麻疹,占报告乙类传染病97.49%;丙类7种42 182例,死亡1例,发病居前3位的依次是手足口病、流行性腮腺炎、其他感染性腹泻。结论自2004年传染病纳入网络直报以来,孝感市法定报告传染病发病呈上升趋势,丙类传染病上升较快;乙类传染病中的病毒性肝炎、肺结核、性传播疾病、麻疹,丙类传染病中的手足口病、流行性腮腺炎、感染性腹泻发病较多,应作为当前防治重点,建立综合长效防治机制。
Objective To analyze the incidence of notifiable infectious diseases in Xiaogan City from 2004 to 2013 and provide scientific evidence for further prevention and control measures. Methods To describe and analyze the data of disease surveillance information reporting system. Results A total of 172,117 cases of legal infectious diseases were reported in 2004-2013, with 206 deaths. The average annual incidence rate was 355.67 / lakh, the annual average mortality rate was 0.43 / lakh and the case fatality rate was 0.12%. Among them, there were 15 cases of one species of A, 129,209 cases of 20 kinds of B and 205 cases of death. The top five cases were viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, dysentery, syphilis and measles, accounting for 97.49% of the reported type B infectious diseases. There were 42 182 cases of 7 species, 1 died, the first 3 cases were hand-foot-mouth disease, mumps and other infectious diarrhea. Conclusion Since the infectious diseases were directly reported in the network in 2004, the incidence of infectious diseases in statutory reports in Xiaogan City has been on the rise, and the number of infectious diseases in Category C has risen rapidly. Among the group of infectious diseases, viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, sexually transmitted diseases, measles, Hand-foot-mouth disease, epidemic parotitis and infectious diarrhea in the category of infectious diseases are more common and should be the focus of current prevention and treatment, and a comprehensive long-term prevention and control mechanism should be established.
