采用预压法疏干饱和松散土中的水使之固结时,利用垂直排水体可加速固结过程,能在短期内(3~4个月)获得具有高强度和变形特性的土。法国等的建筑经验表明,利用工厂生产的聚乙烯管作为垂直排水体是行之有效的,可在预压实厚达25~30m的土层时使用。 俄罗斯基础和地下建筑科学研究所于1990~1991年间进行了排水管结构设计、制作及其下入工艺和设备方面的研究工作。 研究出了带有网状或非编结物的过滤护面的高压聚乙烯波纹排水管,其外径63mm,波纹高度3.4mm,波纹间距6.9mm。研究出的预制排水管的生产线能连续完成聚乙烯塑化、平滑管挤压成形、波纹成形、冷却、进水孔加工和将制成的波纹
When the water in the saturated loose soil is dewatered by the pre-pressure method to consolidate it, the consolidation process can be accelerated by the vertical drainage body, and the soil having high strength and deformation characteristics can be obtained in a short period (3 to 4 months). The architectural experience of France et al. shows that the use of factory-produced polyethylene pipes as vertical drains is effective and can be used when pre-compacting soil layers up to 25-30 m thick. The Russian Institute of Basic and Underground Building Research conducted research on the design, manufacture, and entry technology of drainpipes from 1990 to 1991. A high-pressure polyethylene corrugated drainage pipe with mesh or non-knotted filtering surface was studied. Its outer diameter was 63 mm, the corrugation height was 3.4 mm, and the corrugation distance was 6.9 mm. The prefabricated drainage pipe production line developed can continuously perform polyethylene plasticizing, smooth pipe extrusion, corrugating, cooling, water inlet hole processing, and ripples to be made.
