目的研制《城市轨道交通企业职业卫生管理规范》,以满足快速增长的城市轨道交通企业职业病防控的需要。方法依据《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》及其配套规章制度,整理归纳国内外城市轨道交通行业管理相关资料,根据职业卫生风险评估原理,综合考虑城市轨道交通企业工作场所中存在的职业病危害因素对劳动者身心健康的影响。通过结合本行业职业病危害产生的特点及相关评价监测数据进行风险评估:1)明确职业病危害因素;2)确定评价单元;3)确定关键控制点;4)现场调查包括防护设施、个体防护、辅助用室及应急救援措施等;5)针对发现的问题采取相应管理控制措施。结果《城市轨道交通企业职业卫生管理规范》规定了城市轨道交通企业职业病危害控制的职业卫生管理基本要求、职业病危害日常监测及定期检测管理、职业健康监护管理、工作场所职业病危害因素防护技术措施管理及个人防护用品管理等要求。结论本标准对城市轨道交通企业职业卫生规范化管理和职业病危害的预防控制提供了依据。
