在利用孔板流量计量装置进行煤气流量计量时,管道积水会改变孔板流量计量装置的几何特性,从而影响流量计量的准确性。文章通过分析管道积水对孔板流量计流量方程中各参数的影响,得出管道积水对流量计量产生的影响,最后以工业上某实际孔板流量计量装置定期放水的实验数据作验证。
In the use of orifice flow measurement device for gas flow measurement, the pipe water will change the orifice orifice flow measurement device geometry, thus affecting the accuracy of flow measurement. By analyzing the influence of plumbing water on the parameters in the orifice flowmeter’s flow equation, the article obtains the influence of plumbing water on the flow measurement, and finally verifies the experimental data that an industrial orifice flowmeter discharges regularly.
