人事档案是记录一个人的主要经历、政治面貌、品德作风等个人情况的文件材料,起着凭证、依据和参考的作用,在个人转正定级、职称申报、办理养老保险等相关证明时,都需要用到。管理好人事档案对个人来讲至关重要。但目前很多单位的实际工作中,还不同程度地存在一些问题,笔者在此做以分析并提出相应的工作措施。一、当前人事档案管理存在的缺陷及其成因(一)思想认识的不足。长期以来,一部分领导对人事档案管理工作的认识存在偏差,认为人事档案管理工作就是保管,只要不丢失,不泄密,能应对外调、查档就行了。因此,在实际工作中往往忽视这项工作。部分
