以AlCuFe 和AlFeVSi 两个合金系为基础, 对合金成分进行了优化设计, 组成了AlFeCuVSiNiCeZr 合金。对超音速气体雾化快速凝固的上述合金粉末进行的研究表明, 新的合金中同时形成原来两个合金系中的析出相; 在< 61 μm 的粉末中, 没有发现第三种析出相。热分析试验和400 ℃热处理试样的X 射线衍射结果, 证明该合金中的析出相在400 ℃以下具有相当好的稳定性
Based on the two alloys Al-Cu-Fe and Al-Fe-V-Si, the alloy composition was optimized and the Al-Fe-Cu-V-Si-Ni-Ce-Zr alloy was formed. Studies on the rapid solidification of the alloy powder by supersonic gas atomization showed that the new alloy formed both the precipitates in the two original alloys and the third precipitates were not found in the powder <61 μm. X-ray diffraction results of the thermal analysis test and the heat-treated sample at 400 ° C show that the precipitated phase in the alloy has fairly good stability below 400 ° C
