本文选取并整理了我国工业行业1996—2013年的数据,运用空间面板数据模型分析技术进步、产业关联对行业能耗强度的影响。在计算得到行业平均能耗强度的基础上,利用直接消耗系数进行相关度排名,发现高能耗行业之间存在紧密关联,低能耗行业与高能耗行业存在较强关联。基于Malmquist指数测度行业的全要素生产率,将其分解为三个部分对能耗强度进行回归分析。实证结果显示,纯技术效率及规模效率能够降低行业能耗强度;相关行业的能耗强度变化呈现正相关的关系。
This paper selects and organizes the data of China’s industrial industry from 1996 to 2013 and analyzes the influence of technological progress and industrial relations on the energy consumption intensity of the industry by using the spatial panel data model. Based on the calculation of the average intensity of energy consumption in the industry, the direct consumption coefficient is used to rank correlations. It is found that there is a close relationship between high energy consumption industries, and there is a strong correlation between low energy consumption industries and high energy consumption industries. Based on the Malmquist index, the total factor productivity of the industry is measured, which is decomposed into three parts to conduct regression analysis of energy intensity. Empirical results show that purely technical efficiency and economies of scale can reduce the intensity of energy consumption in the industry; the intensity of energy consumption in related industries shows a positive correlation.
