目的 :探讨顽固性扁平疣治疗的最佳方法。方法 :本组应用唯尔本肌注 ,配合中药煎液口服加外涂方法治疗扁平疣 6 4例 ,并对 5 2例采用聚肌胞肌注和局部外涂 0 .0 2 5 %维A酸霜作为对照。结果 :前者治愈率和总有效率明显高于后者 ,两组比较之 χ2 检验 ,治愈率和总效率差异均有显著性 (均P >0 .0 1)。结论 :中西医结合治疗扁平疣 ,两法互补 ,标本同治 ,方法简便 ,治愈率高 ,值得临床推广应用
Objective: To explore the best treatment for refractory flat warts. Methods: The group of Wolben intramuscular injection, with traditional Chinese medicine decoction oral plus external coating method for the treatment of flat warts 64 cases, and 5 2 cases using polymyosine injection and topical 0. 025% Victoria A Acid cream as a control. Results: The cure rate and total effective rate of the former were significantly higher than those of the latter. There was significant difference between the two groups (χ2 test, cure rate and total efficiency) (all P> 0. 01). Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of flat warts, two complementary, the same specimen, the method is simple, high cure rate, worthy of clinical application
