1977年,洛阳矿山机械研究所、平顶山选煤设计院和阳泉矿务局等单位联合进行等厚筛分法试验并取得了成功,初步解决了6毫米原煤的分级问题。目前,阳泉一矿、新窑矿务局等已推广使用。但是在长期的使用中也发现两倾角布置的等厚筛分法有些缺点: 1.外形尺寸较大,所需要的安装空间较大,老厂改造不易采用; 2.筛网极易破损。为了克服这些缺点,我们研究了一种分层筛分法,这种方法的基本思想已在文献[4]中
