目的　探讨球部尿道悬吊术对男性后尿道成形术后和前列腺切除术后尿失禁的治疗效果。　方法　从手术方法和术后尿动力学指标及临床效果方面 ,对采用球部尿道悬吊术治疗的男性尿失禁 1 2例病例作回顾性分析。　结果　术后 1 0例能完全控制排尿 ,1例改善 ,1例出现排尿困难 ,经膀胱颈部电切后排尿通畅。尿动力学检查示最大尿道压 85～ 1 1 5cmH2 O(1cmH2 O =0 0 98kPa) ,平均 98cmH2 O ;功能性尿道长度 3 5～ 4 5cm ,平均 3 8cm。　结论　球部尿道悬吊术是治疗男性后尿道成形术后和前列腺切除术后尿失禁的有效方法 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ball urethral suspension on urinary incontinence after male posterior urethroplasty and prostatectomy. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 12 cases of male urinary incontinence treated with ball urethral suspension in terms of surgical methods, postoperative urodynamic indexes and clinical effects. Results Postoperative 10 patients were able to completely control urination, 1 patient improved, 1 patient had dysuria and voided urine after transurethral resection of bladder neck. Urodynamic examination showed maximum urethral pressure 85 ~ 115cmH2O (1cmH2O = 0 0 98kPa), an average of 98cmH2O; functional urethral length 35 ~ 45cm, an average of 38cm. Conclusions The ball urethral suspension is an effective method for the treatment of urinary incontinence after male posterior urethroplasty and prostatectomy
