通过介绍美、巴、法、德、新、韩、澳、日等国及港、台地区的证卷立法状况,就证券发行管理、信用交易、证券管理等问题与我国证券立法进行了比较,试图从中发现国际证券立法的发展趋势,总结各国经验教训,希望借方寸之地对预防我国证券法实施过程中可能出现的问题起到点滴作用。
By introducing the status of securities legislation in the United States, Pakistan, France, Germany, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, Japan and other countries as well as the securities legislation in China and Hong Kong and Taiwan, the issues of securities issuance management, credit transactions and securities management are compared with the securities legislation in our country. Trying to find out the development trend of international securities legislation, summarizing the experiences and lessons of other countries, hoping to borrow a piece of land to prevent the implementation of securities law in our country may play a role in the process of problems.
