This investigation aimed at how to improve the hardness and wear resistance by B , Si and Cr, and how to improve the synthesis property by Re (rare-earth elemen t). Based on the experiment of Fe-based alloys of Fe-Cr-Ni-B-Si-Re, throug h experiments and a serious of synthesis analysis, including surface quality, sp ectrum composite, micro-hardness, scanning electron microscopy, as well as the synthesis evaluation,etc, prescriptions were optimized. As a result, a Fe-Cr- Ni-B-Si-Re cladding material with a high property was obtained.
