企业的集团管理工作中战略管理逐步占据了企业发展中的主体地位,并为企业的战略化发展提供了有效的引导作用。同时企业的财务管理战略能够推动集团战略的更好实施,为企业的战略化发展做出贡献。本文将现代企业的财务战略规划作为研究对象,分析企业集团的财务管理战略同集团发展战略之间的关系,最终总结当前用于财务管理战略的主要构件模式,即“三分六步法”。为当前的企业财务战略发展提供理论的发展经验。
Strategic management in the group management of enterprises gradually occupies the dominant position in the development of an enterprise and provides an effective guiding function for the strategic development of an enterprise. At the same time, the enterprise’s financial management strategy can promote the better implementation of the Group’s strategy and contribute to the strategic development of the enterprise. This article takes the financial strategic planning of modern enterprise as the research object, analyzes the relationship between the financial management strategy of the enterprise group and the development strategy of the group, and finally summarizes the main component models currently used in the financial management strategy, namely “three-point six-step method ”.
