通过全方位分析认为:热丝传感器性能取决于热丝材料和规格,同时受到传感器结构和测量数学模型的影响。选用新热丝材料和规格,对传感器结构作合理改进,采用补偿引线,完善数学模型,研制出新型传感器。实际生产应用表明,测量准确性和精度有所提高,在一定程度上克服了寿命短、灵敏度低、重现性差等缺点。
According to a comprehensive analysis, the performance of the hot wire sensor depends on the hot wire material and the specification, and is affected by the structure of the sensor and the mathematical model of measurement. Selection of new hot wire materials and specifications, the sensor structure for reasonable improvement, the use of compensation leads, improve the mathematical model, developed a new type of sensor. The actual production application shows that the measurement accuracy and accuracy have been improved, to a certain extent, overcome the short life, low sensitivity, poor reproducibility and other shortcomings.
