30多年来,国内冰雪运动的一些权威人士一直将冰雪大省——黑龙江省尊称为“黑大哥”。也难怪有这称号。自50年代中期开始,国家相继设立了冰雪运动项目,并举行了多次全国性的冬季运动会,黑龙江省一直在团体总分和金牌总数上高踞榜首;而解放军和吉林省两个代表团,虽然始终在与“黑大哥”苦搏,但总是在“黑大哥”御座下的丹陛前徘徊,积年恨恨不已,难偿夙愿。中国有句古话:“三十年河东,三十年河西”。
