随着对换档品质、燃油经济性等方面要求的不断提高,自动变速箱在轿车上的装车率也逐步提高。目前自动变速箱的主流形式是液力机械式。最新的发展方向集中在以下几方面:变矩器的高效率化、多挡住化、变矩器闭锁离合器的打滑控制、换档点控制的智能化、换档过渡过程的高品质化和保留手动模式。本文详细讨论了上述各项技术的发展背景、核心技术和发展方向等问题。
With the shift of quality, fuel economy and other aspects of the continuous improvement of the automatic transmission in the car loading rate has gradually increased. The current mainstream form of automatic transmission is hydraulic mechanical. The latest development focuses on the following aspects: high efficiency of the torque converter, multi-blocking, slip control of the torque converter lock-up clutch, intelligentization of shift point control, high quality of shift transition and manual maintenance mode. This article discusses in detail the development background, core technology and development direction of the above technologies.
