本文从试验入手,经过对试验数据的分析得到盐浴炉快速启动法(以“654”快速启动法为对象)节电甚微。同时肯定了传统的金属辅助电极启动法,并对金属辅助的电极提出合理的设计和使用方法。
This article starts with the experiment, after the analysis of the test data obtained by salt bath furnace rapid start method (to “654” quick start method as the object) save power. At the same time, it affirms the traditional method of starting the metal auxiliary electrode and proposes a reasonable design and use method for the metal-assisted electrode.
