前言插入式和埋入式盐浴炉,多用辅助电极启动。用这种方法启动有启动速度慢、散热损失严重、操作麻烦、劳动强度大及原材料耗量多等不足.近年来,出现和应用了不同的启动方法,如“654”造渣启动法、高压击穿保流降压启动法、双功能电极启动法及小熔池启动法等。这些启动法虽然在启动凝固盐时均不用辅助电极,且加快了启动速度,但也不同程度地存在结构复杂、操作麻烦、劳动强度大,不安全、启动性能不稳定等缺点。并且均未获得根本性的突破,即启动散盐时仍需借助辅助电极。我们通过五年多的反复
