本文对道克尔整合的知识管理循环理论及其具体内容进行了评介,包括在个人、团体和组织层面知识获取的方式,在实践共同体视野下限制知识分享的障碍,以及可操作的知识在知识应用中的作用机制等。本文作者认为知识管理就是将正确的信息在正确的时间推送给正确的人;针对学校组织和教育工作者的特殊属性,指出为了实现有效的知识管理,必须处理好追求效率与适应环境、个体学习与组织学习、情感社区与专业共同体之间的关系。
