深入探讨了弧面分度凸轮机构动力学建模方法,推导建立了考虑该机构输入和输出轴扭转及横向振动的多自由度动力学方程。采用振型叠加法,选取样机参数对方程进行了求解计算。经实验与计算结果分析比较,验证了本文所建方程的正确性。
The dynamic modeling method of camber indexing cam mechanism is discussed in depth, and a multi-degree-of-freedom kinetic equation considering the torsional and transverse vibration of the input and output axes of the mechanism is derived. Using the modal superposition method, the parameters of the prototype are chosen to solve the equations. The experimental and computational results of the analysis and comparison, verify the correctness of the equation built in this article.
