近年来,中共章丘市委以科学发展观作指导,在提高统领县域经济社会发展能力方面进行了有益的探索,并取得了显著成效。通过调查,中共章丘市委的做法和经验主要体现在以下六个方面:一、遵循发展规律,提高科学决策能力;二、抓住关键环节,提高重点突破的能力;三、破解城乡二元结构,提高统筹发展的能力;四、坚持以人为本,提高运用最大生产要素的能力;五、突出生态和人文环境建设,提高可持续发展能力;六、注重体制机制创新,提高激发社会创造活力的能力。
In recent years, the CPC Zhangqiu Municipal Committee, guided by the scientific concept of development, has made useful explorations in enhancing the ability to govern the economic and social development in the county and has achieved remarkable results.
